"The Doctors Mulgrave Road Medical Centre" consists of six Medical consult rooms fully equipped with modern furnishings and high quality equipment.
In addition to these, there is a four bay treatment room, complete with an operating table an ECG, operating microscope, Spirometer, and much more.
We have a dedicated "Hearing room" which contains a soundproof hearing booth, Tympanometer / Automatic Audiometer and a library of medical reference books.
In addition to the six consult rooms and the treatment rooms, we have two dedicated procedure rooms... We lease these rooms out to various allied Health Professionals such as Psychologists, Nutritionists,
General Surgeons, Paediatricians and the like.
Also included in the centre is an eight room Dental Practice, four Physio rooms and a Re-habilitation Gym, Amcal Chemist, Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology and Cairns X-Ray.
The Medical side of the centre is open Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm. After hours patients are referred directly to our Cairns 24 Hour Medical Centre – thus eliminating the need for any of our Doctors to
work after hours. With a team of eight administrators, paperwork is taken care of – such as typing requirements, medico-legal reports etc. The Practice is fully computerised, using Medical Spectrum software.
We are a Private Billing Practice (Bulk Billing for concession card holders and children only).
